• It is mandatory to use the official IAHC 2024 PowerPoint template for your presentation. Please download the template here. 

• PowerPoint format: 16:9, landscape orientation 

• File Naming: All PowerPoints should be saved and renamed as such: <Reference Number>_<Full Name>_<Presentation title>. Example: “ES01.01_Sheryl Eng_Sample Presentation Title”. 

• The inclusion of a disclosure slide is mandatory even if you have no conflicts to declare. 

• Special characters: To avoid any compatibility issues, please do not use special characters (i.e. “, Ö, Ø, ñ, ?, ®, ý, }, {, etc.) in the name of your presentation file. 

• Presentation Submission: Your presentation should be submitted via the link sent to you in the email titled “IAHC 2024 – Presenter Guidelines”.   

• If you would like to check your presentation slides or make any changes after the submission period, please proceed to the Speaker Ready Room. To expedite the presentation uploading process, please ensure your presentation file is prepared in PPT format on a USB drive.

Speaker Ready Room Opening Hours:

• Day 1 (1 Nov): 7.30am – 5.30pm
• Day 2 (2 Nov): 7.30am – 5.30pm
• Please be present at the Session Room at least 15 minutes before the session start time. 

Oral Abstract Presentation 

• Free Paper presentations will consist of an 8-minute presentation followed by 2-minute individual Q&A 

• Scientific Competition presentations will consist of a 12-minute presentation followed by 3-minute individual Q&A

• You will be required to print and bring a physical poster for the conference.

Poster Abstract Presentation

• It is recommended that presenters be on standby near their posters during tea breaks to take any questions from delegates on their presentation.
