Satellite symposia are open to all registered delegates.

The exhibition is a vital part of the conference and every effort will be made to ensure that all exhibitors receive prime exposure and direct marketing opportunities with key players and decision-makers in the field.

Level sponsors have first choice in selecting booth location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-paid, first-served” basis. No exhibitor may sub-let or share with another exhibitor.

Other Opportunities
Dinner events are social and networking highlights of every conference. There will be opportunities for the sponsor to network with delegates in a relaxed setting.
The Conference Dinner will take place on Friday, 1 November 2024 and all faculty will be invited. This event provides a unique networking opportunity with the faculty and the leadership of IAHC 2024.
Sponsorship includes 10 complimentary passes to the Conference Dinner and a 10-minute speaking opportunity.
The charging station will allow attendees to power up their mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices for free. The charging station will be in high demand and placed in the exhibit area.
As the exclusive sponsor of the charging lounge, you will have the charging station branded with your company’s logo or custom design.
Workshop sessions allow the sponsors to showcase, demonstrate, and market their latest technologies and solutions to the learning delegates directly within an intimate setting. The programme and speaker of industry-sponsored sessions are subjected to approval by the organising committee.
